He also the founder and CEO of NextGenSL, an initiative aimed at harnessing technology to drive innovation and development in Sierra Leone. Mahony James Joel Ansue is a Design Engineer and a Youth Advocate. Currently working with Robocoupler Private limited, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Predesh, India. As an Executive Member and Chief Design Engineer (CDE) of NextGenSL, Mahony brings innovative design solutions to all your design problems as he is responsible to bring your imagination into reality. He is dedicated to help the people in the right direction and he is a mentor and an inspiration to the younger generation and his work has influence a lot of young people. Mahony happens to be an Honourable Young Ambassador in Sierra Leone who has worked with so many youth organisations and agencies in addressing issues related to underprivileged youths. Mahony was in the forefront during the COVID-19 Pandemic and he worked with DiCOVERC Freetown as a Risk Communicator, during his time there and currently he is in India for higher studies.

Mahad Jabbie is an inspiring leader and a technology enthusiast with passion to drive change through innovation and as a communicator and a versatile personality, he's ready to bring to NextGenSL a wealth of experience in diverse areas. As a Public Relation Person, he's in strong readiness to impact the young minds of his generation. With a deep drive for strategic development, he's always in position to render help to young minds around him.

David Lahai is a dedicated and ambitious professional with a first-class degree in Information Technology from Andhra University. With a deep-rooted passion for cybersecurity, his career aspirations center around becoming an expert in the field, aiming to secure online environments and combat the growing threat of cyberbullying. During his academic journey, David served as the president of the Sierra Leone Student Union in Andhra Pradesh, where he showcased his leadership, organizational skills, and a strong sense of community service.

Serrie H. Willoughby is a highly skilled highway engineer with a master's degree in Highway Engineering from a prestigious university in England. He currently serves as an Engineer at the Ministry of Education in Sierra Leone, where he integrates modern engineering solutions to enhance educational infrastructure. As the Director of CiTiANextGenSL, Serrie leads projects that merge technology with engineering to address Sierra Leone's infrastructure challenges, emphasizing sustainability and community-centered solutions. Mr. Ishmail Ibrahim Turay is a seasoned finance professional with a strong academic and professional background in business and economics. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies with a focus on Economics and Accounting from Milton Margai Technical University, Sierra Leone, and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, India. In his early career, Mr. Turay served as the Financial Secretary for the Sierra Leone Students' Union at Andhra University, where he honed his skills in financial management and leadership. He later transitioned into education, teaching Accounting and Economics at Sierra Leone Muslim Brotherhood Senior Secondary School. His diverse experience in finance, education, and student leadership demonstrates a deep understanding of financial systems and organizational management, making him an ideal Chief Finance Officer.
